So finally, after a small floral foam puck, a large jar of PG Gel, and a small dish of distilled water, my large humidor is FINALLY at 70%. Apparently the weather is to blame, according to the lady at the cigar shop…
I didn’t NEED another reason to be hate this winter…but it seems I got one.
As for the smaller humi, I’m not sure…I can only assume it’s...
Apparently my humidifier wasn’t cutting it in this shitty ass winter so…all my cigars dried out in my humidor.

Ugh…so my Black Rice Risotto was a catastrophic failure. Not sure why, maybe it was the rice, maybe the recipe, I don’t know. Right now I’m trying to salvage it as a pilaf, wondering if I’ll ever get to eat sometime this decade. Thankfully if the pilaf fails I have leftover corned beef in the fridge.
